"The petite Tuscan villa at Dorner Winery in Tehachapi is picture perfect. The inside & outside look like a magazine. The mattress in the master bedroom is super comfortable. The mattress on the foldout couch is the best I've experienced. It's in a wooded area that's so quiet & peaceful. Just be prepared to drive on some steep & curvy mountain roads & some gravel to get there. After a couple of trips up & back for dinner, we got used to it. The check-in instructions were a bit lacking. Be sure to press the schlagle button before the entry code or the door will not open. Several messages to the host, Michele, went unanswered. Other than that, it was a great stay."
