Just 10 minutes from the A11 motorway, this peaceful haven is located near the owners' 18th-century farmhouse, with its large, independent 5,000 m² shared garden planted with trees and flowers. The heated swimming pool (28 degrees Celsius), fully renovated with wooden decks (6x12.5 m - May 1st/September 30th), is uncovered and secured by a roller shutter. Ping-pong table, table football, boules, and mini-pool table are available.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 adjoining bedrooms (each with a 140x190 cm bed), shower room/toilet.
Mezzanine (steep staircase): small, very sloping attic bedroom with 2 extra children's beds.
Amenities include: freezer compartment, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (separate hotspot), baby crib, and stereo system. Shared washing machine in an outbuilding. Included: Central heating (pellets), electricity, towels/household linens, and sheets.
Not included: Firewood. Mandatory cleaning fee (€70).
Pets: €100 deposit and €10/day supplement.
For cycling enthusiasts: Shaded cycle path (Voie Verte), 3 km away along the old railway line, and the Loire à Vélo cycle route, 13 km away. Attractions are a short drive away (golf course 25 km away).
