Lovely hotel close to the beach and everything else, very attentive staff, housekeeping also wonderful. Rooms are very quiet, despite being in the middle of the city. It wasn’t my first time at this hotel and I will definitely come again.

Prima City hotel

We booked a room with twin beds but the room we were given had one double bed. After we complained we were given another room. The staff was very helpful and pleasant at all time during our stay The hotel is very clean

A great little hotel

Everything was excellent. This is not my first visit to this hotel and I find it excellent each time. Front desk people are always available and helpful. Kitchen staff caring and courteous.

We had a wonderful stay at the Prima City. I have been coming to this hotel for several years, and they truly offer a unique service. The staff are attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent, with the floors cleaned daily, towels replaced, and everything kept spotless. In addition, the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options (eggs, salads, toasts, juices, etc.), and the Shabbat meal is simply divine. A big thank you to the entire team – Shaul the manager, Sudani, Sahar, and all the others – you are all so caring and truly amazing! I am deeply grateful for the high quality of service and the kindness of everyone.

This is a nice hotel. It's not a 5-star property, but it is clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping crew were inconsistent, not in their cleaning, but in their leaving the bath linens and coffee supplies.

Small boutique hotel. The room & beds were fine. Cleaning more than acceptable. The bathroom is "TINY" as are the elevators. The shower & water temp are fine. We appreciated the upgrade to an updated room on a high floor with a view. beach towels are ok for the offering. Great location! most staff were accommodating, helpful and generous with their time and suggestions.

This fairly small mid priced hotel in Tel Aviv was really excellent --staff was great especially Natalie at the front desk--location was great near the beach & shopping in Dizengoff St. i would highly recommend staying at the Prima City
