"Despite a confirmed reservation that I showed at the reception desk, the receptionist said that it was not possible that we had a reservation, since they did not accept reservations through Expedia. We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel. Terrible experience."

"Remember that this is a inner-city location and activity on the streets will be noisy until early mornings. Roof might be a fun place to sleep if you're not scared of bugs, etc. Sanborn's restaurant is 1 block down from the side of the block and is great. Eat there, don't shop. Close to everything. "Very pleasant stay; the hotel is conveniently located , staff was very friendly and looks like they’ve been doing renovations lately…a lot of new features. My room appeared to be refurbished but a couple of things were out of place …the bathroom door was really beat up and at a minimum needs some paint and the mattress was extremely springy. Lastly a lot of rooms including mine face a courtyard where they have a bar and music..although the music ended at 9, until that time you can listen to a lot of peoples conversations from your room; the music was very pleasant though "
