Stayed for 2 nights, room.was decorated beautifully & had everything you needed, although it would have been nice to possibly have a fridge in the room, but that wasn't much of an issue for us, the staff are fantastic, very welcoming & helpful nothing was too much trouble, food gorgeous drinks great especially the cocktail bar in the beer garden at the back of the property, the location is excellent has everything you need & more right in the door step with a lovely walk not too far to the beach, we only checked out this morning & already looking to book again.
Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Lovely room with balcony. Very clean & comfortable. Great location - very central. Really enjoyed the stay and will visit again.
I booked a room for four people but the room was only able to sleep three, disappointing that one of the boys had to sleep on the floor.
I spoke to the management and they understood my concerns and said it has happened on more than one occasion and that Expedia need to change the description of the room.
The room has one kingsize bed and a small single alongside it is defo not a room for four people.
Other than that, the room was lovely, balcony super and staff really good.
I booked a deluxe double room at this hotel, it was very clean and nice decorated. Beautiful bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner.
Unfortunately our room was right on the top of the terrace and we could hear the noice of the customers and also the live music.
I mentioned it to the reception but couldn’t accommodate us to change the room as the hotel was full due to high drain which is understandable.
The only bad thing was the heat as the room had no air conditioning and the sun was all the day right on the big window, even we shut the curtains it was boiling hot. We had a fan which didn’t cool down at all. I would suggest that in the future that room need to be considered to have air con as it is unbearable with this heat .
The staff was very helpful and friendly .
This hotel is right above the pub right in the centre which is convenient, closed to shops, the beach, restaurants etc which is handy .
We did enjoy our stay but wouldn’t book that room again.
We just returned from our first family trip to Tenby, and this stay made it truly memorable.
A massive shoutout to Steve, who looked after us throughout our 4-night stay. He checked us in efficiently, gave great local recommendations, and served us at dinner with friendly conversation. We didn’t even have a reservation, but they did their best to accommodate us anyways and we didn’t have to wait. Even though the accommodation is above a busy pub, Steve was incredibly attentive and ensured we never waited. He is professional, kind, and made our holiday that much better.
The room was brand new and spotless. It is above the pub we were on the top floor which was quiet. The bed was comfortable with excellent bedding, and the modern bathroom was one of the best I’ve ever seen. We stayed during a rare heatwave, but the excellent fan in the room provided kept us cool. Also the pub downstairs is AC. Housekeeping was also reliable and friendly and always smiling :)
The layout is highly convenient. There is a separate front entrance for the rooms if you want to bypass the pub, and a back exit that makes the public car park on the road behind just a 5-minute walk away.
The food was great (highly recommend the Sunday roast!). The bar staff also showed amazing kindness—when my dad accidentally knocked another patron's beer over, the bartender replaced it immediately and refused payment.
Overall, an excellent stay with top-tier service. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
We had a very good dinner in the pub but needed to leave before the 9:30 breakfast time. The rooms are nicely updated and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Amazing staff. Kind helpful professional and efficient. We stayed during a heatwave and no AC but otherwise the place was great and will stay again and can recommend. Stayed for 3 nights but extended to 4 as it was a comfortable room and felt taken care of by all the staff. Great family vacation thank you
We stayed in room 9 for a couple of nights and was more than happy with our room and the balcony was excellent.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and the gringo in the beer garden serving drinks was really welcoming and a good laugh.
Location was excellent with a payable carpark in close proximity.
Perfect location in the town, the staff were

Room was lovely and clean, bit noisy as above the outdoor area. Staff where fantastic. Food very good.
Prime location for central access.
Had to bring our own cot as property does not provide them.
Property fairly newly renovated, but lots of snagging required throughout the room, attention to detail needs refining (shower screen soiled with water marks, tap/shelf loose fittings, sealant coming away around the bathroom/bedroom, paint chips/marks over walls need touching up, balcony outside had soiled decking and furniture and faux plant/pots broken, wonky. Booked a table for food for the evening, singer and music fairly loud so unable to talk at normal levels with accompaying family so decided to eat elsewhere for better ambience, which was a shame.
Manager on initial arrival friendly, attentive, introduced himself and offered anything to make our stay more comfortable. Overall a great location, and fairly good room but requiring refining of detail, cleanliness and hospitality service for guests.
We thought we’d booked a room with a balcony. Don’t really matter though as there was so much to see and do in town we likely wouldn’t have had a chance to sit out on it
Only negative was the noise! Could hear people in adjacent rooms talking and doors opening & closing

Was ignored at bar one evening. Wasn't as nice in the bar and restaurant area as pictures show. Bit scruffy and dated. It would be really nice if there were notices asking people using the pub to be considerate when leaving to those staying in the rooms as one evening people were standing in the street under our window shouting and screeching.
