The hotel was perfect for our family. The room/suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The swimming pools were terriifc and not too busy at all. We paid for breakfast and the veriety and service were excellent. The staff were accommodating and always on hand to help, including having a doctor sent to our room as our child was ill. The only thing we could wish to improve was the room service selection/menu which was quite limited and not always available (app issues apparently). We had a really nice stay at the Terrazzas. It’s a paradise and the apartments are just stunning !!! Pure luxury. We will come back with pleasure. Thanks a lot. If I have to improve some points I will say : Offer a courtesy pack with salt, oil and pepper. Climatize the kids club : we couldn’t leave the children the afternoon as it was too hot. Add a spa & yoga course : I would have stay longer if you add such amenities Do only a pre-authorization for the deposit don’t charge.

Fantastic property. Staff very helpful. Lovely pool area and local tennis club. Area is very quiet - only slight drawback to this was needing taxi’s to get around but for 10-15€ could be in one of the local villages for shopping and really good restaurants etc.

The three bed apartment is stunning and the property is surrounded by beautiful views. Dining out options are limited unless you are willing to travel and the shop on site could be better stocked. Overall a good stay.

Fantastic stay
The staff at Las Terrazas were outstanding. We stayed in one of the very well equipped apartments. It had two terraces with sun loungers. The kitchen was very well equipped. Fantastic infinity pool with views over the coast. Highly recommended.

Unlucky i guess, but all in all good
All in all a very nice stay, salt the only night where we wanted to relax and enjoy the sunset from our balcony the neighbors had decided to thorough a party. Apparently from what the staff told us it's impossible to do anything about that in Spain before 10pm. They did make several efforts to make them stop but it took the whole evening. We did get 50% of that day refunded but we'd rather have had a nice evening enjoying the sunset from our balcony

My husband and I wanted some winter sun in a property that offered plenty of private space and well away from what some traditional Tenerife resorts. Las Terrazas de Abama was perfect for us. Wonderful apartment and outdoor space that was meticulously maintained daily. The pool areas were lovely and peaceful and an added bonus would be to have one of the three pool areas as adult only. A car is essential as nearest supermarket is about a 10 minute drive away.

Wonderful apartments located away from the larger hotel down the hill. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and the facilities are excellent. Great place for a relaxed week (the golf course is very impressive too).

Guess can't expect more in middle of ocean.
At check in the front desk was friendly and promised the world including a different location closer to the group. Suggested setting in bar/restaurant while room was being made ready. Instead went one of the group's room to wait the promised "oh, no more than an hour, we'll call." No call, no answer when calling in to check. Three hours later walked down to be informed it's ready. Property is nice and well equipped in an apartment style. Surface looked clean but when cellphone slid under bed, piles of "dust monsters" were hiding. Then after each day's cleaning, room needed to be aired out from the abundance use of some caustic smelling cleaning agent. There was jackhammers running from sunrise to sunset. Great view on the ocean but couldn't have a conversation because of the work. The troubles of building on a volcanic island. Paint peeling in pool area. Tennis not open, one golf course was open but huge jackhammer mounted on a backhoe made it sound like a war zone. Sliding doors would not lock so had to lower the storm shutters whenever leaving. Nothing else in the near area and an overall disappointment.

Flexibility of an apartment with hotel service
Very well equipped apartments (even had an electric juicer) and in a great location at the top of the Abama resort. All sorts of restaurants within walking distance of the apartments as part of Abama, including 1 and 2 Michelin starred restaurants! Three large pools on site, and a great private beach accessible from the Ritz Carlton hotel next door. In all, a great resort away from the hustle of the main Costa Adeji.

This resort is exceptional in every way. My family and I go to great resorts every year but this one really got the top marks. The views are stunning, the apartments are beautiful and new, the resort itself is spotlessly clean, and everywhere you look you see something pleasing to the eye. We especially liked the warm-water swimming pool, and the staff, which was extremely helpful in every way.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom property with jacuzzi looking across the Atlantic towards la Gomera. Couldn't ask for anything more breathtaking. Property well equipped, beautifully furnished and luxurious. Staff couldn't be more helpful. So many excellent restaurants to choose from.

Lovely, welcoming stay
Located approx. 20 mins drive from Playa de las Americas and 30 mins from Tenerife South Airport is the beautiful Abama terraces. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment (block 5, apartment 509) with private hot tub/ jacuzzi with breathtaking sea view and golf landscape. Waking up each day to such breaktaking views was phenomenal to say the least. The apartment was modern, comfortable, spacious, clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The hotel staff overall were very friendly and welcoming especially the housekeeping staff who provided daily housekeeping with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming. Only slight negative is when we arrived the hot tube/ Jacuzzi was faulty (faulty part) and an issue with the temperature settings, however the staff and maintenance team dealt with the situation promptly and professionallyto rectify the problem so again thank you. The resort/ hotel provides a free transfer to and from the local beach (Playa de abama beach) which was a picturesque beach to say the least. The hotel also provides free transfer to the ritz Carlton spa and wellness centre but I do feel for future reference the hotel should consider having its own spa and wellness centre on site as it would truly elevate the hotel to another level. Overall the stay brilliant and relaxing. Kids enjoyed every moment. So thanks again. 4/5 rating

Building works
Please be aware there are building works being carried out at this resort. If your apartment is at the back area of the resort then you are looking into the building site which is noisy and not very relaxing. The apartments are beautiful and the resort is spotlessly clean otherwise. Staff are extremely helpful but it would have been helpful to have known that building works were being carried out as we may have chosen another resort

Very nice apartment, but one day suddenly the water turned off for 15 minutes and nobody told us. The apartment was clean but some corners of the bathroom were not cleaned. Toiletpaper was never refilled. We've booked breakfast, that was very good with some special offerings like Spanish Breakfast. A lot of families were in the breakfast room, so it was quite loud. The pools were very nice and heated.
