"今回、0歳～70歳まで3世代 4家族での利用でした。3階建てでたくさん部屋があるので、数家族やグループでの利用には最適です。食器、調理器具などの設備充実で、何より24時間入れる大きなお風呂が最高でした！ただ、玄関が2階なのと、トイレが1階に１つなのは、子どもや高齢者にとって、不便でした。また、猪苗代IC、猪苗代湖、裏磐梯からのアクセスの良さは、抜群です。次回は、違う建物でも利用してみたいです。"

"施設自体は素晴らしかったです。しかし予約後に電話問い合わせしたさいの窓口対応が大変不快かつ迷惑なものでした。（時間予告なく３０分保留で待たせる・・・）もう少し社会常識的な電話対応を指導してください。施設自体と管理事務所の職員様の応対は素晴らしかったです。"

"数年前に予約までしたものの、緊急事態宣言などもありキャンセルをしました。この度リベンジ！！ということで1泊させてもらいましたが、とにかく最高の一言です！！家具家電はそろっていますし、内装はとてもオシャレで、オーナーさんのセンスにびっくりでした。そしてビールサーバーもとても楽しませていただきました！！子供たちもとてもニコニコ楽しそうに過ごしておりました。本当に素敵な体験をさせていただきありがとうございました。また違う時期にも行ってみたいと思いました！"

"Beautiful wonderful hotel located at the heart of downtown area. My trip is made great thanks to APA hotel Fukushima. Walking distance to Yuki Koseki museum, Haguro shrine (mountaintop), was the best among everything else. "

"We stayed here for two nights and had a comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind and accommodating. Although we didn’t have the free breakfast, there were plenty of great options available that would suit a wide range of tastes. The staff had a good understanding of basic English, which made communication smooth. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the train station and close to a variety of food venues. The only downside was that the bed was quite firm and the pillows weren't the most comfortable. Other than that, it was a great base for exploring Fukushima and we’d happily stay again for a short trip."
