“Contactless check-in, key codes for entry, and texting communication made the whole process seamless and smooth. The rooms present as apartment-style, both spacious and updated with a rustic feel near the heart of downtown. It was a wonderful experience.”

“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“Very spacious clean room with lovely decor and bathroom. Handy for Broadway at 5 min walk. Staff at reception friendly and helpful, bar staff not as much. Given room at opp end of corridor from elevator area as requested for quiet but unfortunately team member room(cleaner supply closet?) opposite and staff constantly opening and letting door slam (same with room doors when cleaning) which became annoying. Please prop doors open for customer’s peace and sanity!! Also recyclable water filling……

“The beautiful lobby featured in the photo, was off-limits two out of the three nights we were guests, due to private events being held there. The rooms were very small. We were initially placed in the classic superior room. It faced a noisy boiler serving the air conditioning needs for the building. It had a very small closet for clothes. The boiler noise drove us to move rooms to an even smaller size, without any closet. The street noise in the smaller room size was tolerable, with earplugs.……

“The Conrad Hotel was beautiful. The lobby and bar areas were decorated exquisitely. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The interior of the hotel was very quiet and well maintained. The pool was closed due to poor weather but it looked wonderful. The noise from the street late at night was a slight issue- even on the 10th floor but I would still highly recommend the Conrad for a special stay in Nashville- away from the loud streets of downtown.”
