“Contactless check-in, key codes for entry, and texting communication made the whole process seamless and smooth. The rooms present as apartment-style, both spacious and updated with a rustic feel near the heart of downtown. It was a wonderful experience.”

“The beautiful lobby featured in the photo, was off-limits two out of the three nights we were guests, due to private events being held there. The rooms were very small. We were initially placed in the classic superior room. It faced a noisy boiler serving the air conditioning needs for the building. It had a very small closet for clothes. The boiler noise drove us to move rooms to an even smaller size, without any closet. The street noise in the smaller room size was tolerable, with earplugs.……

“Great place to stay. I took my daughter to a concert at Bridgestone and wanted to be as close to the arena as possible without having to deal with crowds. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We were able to walk out and cross the street and be right where we needed to be. Very nice room, very clean, and the staff was so helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be right in the middle of things, but also able to escape to a quiet retreat. We couldn't hear any of the noise that is……

“Everyone was great, however it was painful to watch the greeter at the roof top bar have absolutely nothing to do , keep her busy, clearing tables, delivering food, setting tables, not sure that position is adding any value to your bar when there was help needed clearing tables and all the above, we mostly sat ourselves everyday”
