The location is absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking view over Lake Garda. The room was modern, spotless and very comfortable, and the whole property has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. “Die Probleme haben schon beim Check In begonnen. Vor Ort angekommen hat es geheißen, wir haben kein Frühstück inklusive. Der Urlaub hat mit Stress angefangen und beim Check out wollte das Hotel Geld für die Garage. Obwohl auch das inklusive war. Somit mit Stress beendet. Viele Sachen waren kaputt. Das Hotel verkommt Vor sich hin. Die älteren Herrschaften sind überfordert und es gibt keine junge Generation um das zu übernehmen.”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel. Right in the centre of town only meters from the restaurants and shops and at the base of the castle cliff. The room was modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river, and free Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. The breakfast was also lovely and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Having its own little bouldering room and hang board is really unique!
