Good sized room with en-suite bathroom. Fridge in the room. Only one pillow per person but I guess another could be provided if requested at reception. This also applied to a hair dryer- on request from Reception. Parking available as was Wi-Fi.

Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check there's no alarms set on the TV. Jumped out of bed as it was so loud to find the remote to turn the TV off and tripped up the step. (And i'm not a clumsy person!! Would hate for someone to get a serious injury).
