"Habitación con polvo, se entiende pues es monte. Alacranes saliendo de varios sitios eso sí puede ser algo peligroso para los visitantes. Nos tocó temporada seca así que nada que ver o visitar en el monte, el personal algo espero y solo a lo que van, el baño seco es algo oloroso y se debe dormir con ventanas abiertas para que no huela mal, la cama promedio y ls amenidades muy básicas. En general básico, si estás chavo y deseas sitios donde buscar experiencias alternas alejadas del pueblo podría...

"This hotel was clean, hotel staff were nice, and the gym was great to have included. It was nice that it is pet friendly and our room had a small patio. Wifi worked well enough to work in both the room and downstairs coworking area including taking calls. Location is great. Near all our favorite restaurants in Tepotzlan and a 15 min walk into the center of town. One thing to note is the room is quite small so if you’re staying a long time with a lot of luggage keep that in mind. We were there...

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful."
