Finca "Casa Rural La Caldera" with Mountain View, Pool, Garden & Wi-Fi

Overlooking the mountain, the country house Casa Rural La Caldera impresses guests with its fantastic views. Additionally, the Casa Rural La Caldera is located in a rural area, within a protected natural site. The house is distributed in two areas, in one part of the house, there is the master bedroom with a Canarian balcony, living- and dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. In the other part of the house, which is attached, are the other three spacious rooms bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. Please, note that these two wings of the house are not internally connected. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, an electric heater in each room (available from November to March), a fan, a TV as well as a game room for children with toys, books and board games for adults. There are two additional beds that can be placed in the available bedrooms for two additional guests for an extra cost to be paid with the host. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a grill and a playground.

The nearest bars and supermarket can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car (2km). The next restaurant can be reached in 5 minutes by car (3km) and the next cafés are a little farther (4.7km). The beach Playa de la Laja can be reached in 25 minutes by car (19km). The Gran Canaria Airport can be reached in 35 minutes by car (30km).

Free parking is available on the street and on the property, in front of the entrance door.

Pets are allowed for an extra fee. (Pets are not allowed in the pool).

Youth groups and parties are not allowed.

Air conditioning is not available.

There are security cameras outside.

Teror is situated almost 600 m. above sea level. Although the bedrooms are heated with portable heaters, it is advisable to bring warm clothes.

The house will be reserved based on the number of guests and the corresponding number of rooms. If guests wish to use individual rooms, guests must pay for each room in full.

Additional guests beyond those who checked in are not allowed and may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
