“It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. “The outside is a little rustic but inside was clean and updated. Nice comfy mattress. The kitchen was easy to cook in with everything I needed. “This house in the mountains is amazing. It is a perfect retreat. Not only are the surroundings beautiful, the house and property are meticulous. “Great getaway to the Laurel Mountains. Spotless, clean, quiet and secluded. Easy check in, location is off grid, and away from others. There was work being done on water lines near the property which impacted water pressure. This is beyond the control of the property manager, but before you book, double check to make sure that work is finished, or make the informed decision to book in spite of the friendly notice.
