LE GÎTE DES PÂTURES, independent gite for 4 people, in the village of Terramesnil. upstairs a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a large living/dining room/kitchen bar with 2 sofa beds. Access to the garden from the back of the house.
You can park your car near the cottage. 4G and FREE WIFI

The cottage is located in a stud farm of trotting horses, in the great calm of the countryside, in the middle of the horses. You can walk on the paths located at the exit of the gîte all around the pastures and observe the mares, foals and other trotters at rest; In the spring, you can attend foaling, which is exceptional.
New: 3ha50 of vines have been planted by the family which will give a wine (red and white) to taste from 2021! In spring 2023: 6 ha 50 more have been planted.
Many hiking trails all around, in a pretty undulating countryside dotted with copses, hedges and woods!
Nearby, there is another gîte for 6 people: the Gîte du Haras.
The 2 lodgings are at the center of a rich tourist region, with an important historical past, in particular in the east, the circuit of the memory of the First World War in this country of the poppy and all the commemorations of the centenary of the war 1914/ 1918. To the north the very beautiful city of Arras, to the south that closer to Amiens with the world famous cathedral, the hortillonages, the St Leu district, the house of Jules Verne, the zoo, Samara etc... west, the sea with the large white sand beaches at Berck, in particular with a few meters view of the seals at low tide in the bay of Authie, St Valérie and the bay of Somme, one of the 10 most beautiful bays in the world.
Speaking English, we can especially welcome our English-speaking friends who come to meditate on their loved ones in the large military cemeteries.
A deposit of 300€ is requested on arrival.
Electricity costs according to the meter are in addition to the rental price and are requested at the end of the stay or each month for long stays.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be hired.
€14/single bed, €16/double bed, €4/towel.
A compulsory cleaning fee of €50 is requested on arrival for companies.
