"The staff was welcoming and helpful. They ensured our comfort and safety, including making sure that we were getting into the right Uber/taxi. BEAUTIFUL hotel! A refuge from the busy streets with beautiful interiors and rooftop views. We had an interior room which was very quiet. The AC in the rooms is effective and controlled via remote. Some interior areas were warm in mid-June but cooler than the outdoors. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained. The views from the roof are amazing. The location makes it easy to access Centro and is inexpensive Ubers to all of the major destinations across the city. The staff in the restaurant and the quality of the food made it feel like we were returning "home". The skylight in room 226 was a lovely surprise!"

"This is the perfect place if you want to stay close to downtown but still feel safe area, the streets are nice to walk in the day and plenty restaurants around, Chapultepec is walking distance and only one bus away from downtown, also easy to get to gran plaza, and the place is really clean, the staff is nice and helpful, the room is spacious and if you want great value for your money this is the place! I definitely recommend it! And will come back in my stays in gdl! "
