Old typical Charente house, restored respecting the old, combining authenticity and modernity. You will enjoy all the comfort in a cozy atmosphere. This charming cottage of 55 m2 for 2 people is ideally located in the heart of the Saintonge, for a pleasant peaceful stay, between the vineyards and the sea, independent with its terrace and its private garden adjoining the property. You will enjoy the swimming pool and its landscaped garden.

This Charentaise break will allow you to discover the Gallo-Roman heritage of the city of Saintes located 15 minutes away, the vineyards and producers of Pineau des Charentes near the property as well as the large Cognac houses located 20 minutes away. Without forgetting the beaches of Royan which are only 20 minutes away.
