Abgelegen und nicht im Navi zu finden. Anfahrt über katastrophale Straßen. Haus ist unsauber und ungepflegt; dringend sanierungsbedürftig, insbesondere Küche und Bad - da springt der Schimmel durch die Ecken und die Armaturen kommen einem entgegen. Haus ist nicht klimatisiert und nicht abdunkelbar - im Sommer stauen sich die Temparaturen > demnach unbewohnbar!! Und dann noch: RATTEN in der Küche. Wir sind nach zwei Tagen / drei Nächten wieder abgereist - und haben bis heute keine Erstattung bekommen, es sei doch alles in Ordnung!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-( :-( :-(

Sehr abgelegen schwierig zu erreichen. Adresse nicht Routenplaner oder Google-Maps verfügbar.Nicht klimatisiert, Obergeschoss nicht abdunkelbar. Küche und Bad in die Jahre gekommen, dringend sanierungsbedürftig und ungepflegt.Entgegen der Anzeige keine Verständigung in Englisch möglich, Vermieterin spricht ausschließlich italienisch.V. a. aber: RATTEN in der Küche - Igitt! Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist!

Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Echter is de oven stuk (knop zit los en kan niet aan), er is een gasstel, dus je moet vuur mee nemen. De doucheknop is stuk en los gebroken van de muur. De fluitketel kan niet gebruikt worden, dus dat beperkte - mede door de kapotte oven- de mogelijkheden nog al met eten bereiden. Verder is er matig schoongemaakt. Huis is wel ruim en de bedden zijn wel schoon en goed geveerd. En de route naar het huis is een ervaring op zich, welke alleen met coördinaten gevonden kan worden!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für alle die keinen Trubel brauchen aber sich gerne in den Bergen bewegen.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch in Nähe von Testico in einer kleinen Siedlung. Durch die großen Fenster die im Esszimmer verbaut sind hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für Menschen die gerne Wandern oder Biken ist das umliegende Bergland mit fast unerschöpflich vielen Möglichkeiten einfach grandios. Danke für die schöne Zeit Familie Fetzer
