「There is no AC in the main living areas. This is a problem when the temp outside is 100+. We really couldn't enjoy the house because it was too hot to move around. We were confined to the bedrooms. If you are traveling in cooler months this is a great option. The living area is large and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nice little courtyard with pool and a large 2nd floor patio. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is good. Parking available on the street.」

「It was extremely clean , plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of water pressure and hot water in the showers,which is hard to find in Mexico. 「Our stay in Merida had the bonus of a Beautiful, luxurious home. We felt very relaxed and at home. We felt like we were visiting some of our best friends while staying at your house. From the comfort of the entrance room, stepping on forward into the sitting area around the patio and then the pool ending in the entrance to the kitchen of the house felt very comforting and welcoming. 「Estuvimos nueve días mi esposa y yo, el lugar es muy agradable y confortable, con unas vistas increíbles desde la terraza ya que la propiedad esta frente al mar. Muy buena comunicación en todo momento con el propietario. Solo consideramos que hace falta limpieza más seguido en las áreas comunes y la alberca, al igual que tener cuidado en la limpieza de los blancos de las habitaciones ya que las almohadas no tenían un aroma agradable.」

「The property, pool, beach are all as pictured. Modern home right on the beach. We enjoyed the pool after our beach walks. Netflix and internet always worked, property manager, Gregorio, was great. The town is further than it appears, you are “out there”, but that is the point. Mother Nature rules the roost, flamingo tour and mangroves of Sisal are amazing. We should all respect the nature and old ways of life in this fishing village without impacting the locals negatively. Palapa Soco- yumm!」
