“The property and location is gorgeous but for the price the rooms and portions of the property were looking a bit run down and definitely need some maintenance. The front desk and restaurant staff were lovely and kind but the housekeeping/maintenance team seemed to be understaffed and we noticed a few guests complaining to the front desk about this. For the price you're paying these types of issues are not expected and my expectations were higher. We would return if they lowered the price.”

“The building is very well decorated with lots of cool vintage things. The room was clean and well decorated, the bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh. All the amenities were great and lots to do in the area. The breakfast at Edie Rae’s (which was included with my room) was excellent and a great vibe with a great story. My only complaint was that I tried to use the Netflix on the T.V but it was signed into someone else’s account and there was no option I could find to change……

“We’ve stayed here for one night. The receptionist is quite friendly, small terrace water front view is good however there are lots of fly at front door of room. It’s scary as we need to open/close door quickly, otherwise the fly will run into room. When I talked with the female receptionist, she said they also feel weird but nothing there to attract fly though. All we can do is using the mosquito racket to catch fly…. And if you have heavier luggage, no elevator only stairs. Besides there are……

“guest room outlook a bit outdated, but generally clean and tidy....nice balcony with seaview, convenient parking... no air conditioner inside the room and a bit hot in summer afternoon... the hotel restaurant was closed for two days and we had no chance to try their food”
