First off first room they gave us there was no bedding whatsoever then they gave us another room and that room had no TV or towels and we were told that we could not get towels until housekeeping came in in the morning then they moved us to a third room dad had no bedding towels or a TV so after waiting 2 hours to get into a room we finally took the second one that had no TV but at least we had Betty I would recommend not staying there there are questionable people who live there and there's always people in the Halls constantly I went on the elevator and got stuck I give this a zero out of 10 but the employees were super sweet and understood all of my problems with the property and the conditions of everything

DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU'LL BE SORRY
Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There are people living in this hotel and it's a dump. No air conditioning in the building for the only working elevator and none for its 4th floor. There's no carpeting in the hallways and the floors are sticky. There was no toilet roll holder, no TV remote, and many of the outlets didn't work. The hotel clerks were unhelpful and rude. Never got a working remote for the TV, despite asking 3 times. The curtain didn't block the window so the sun came in the room in the morning. The light in the bathroom was broken. Did not have an alternate room in better condition, despite having 6 floors. A horrible, horrible place. Do not stay here. You will be sorry.

Phone was stolen and the lady at the front desk would not let him use the phone to call police and she said she is not allowed to call the police? What about emergencies like having your phone stolen? With no way to call? Too bad? Can’t use the phone and she won’t call for help for you. Never in my life have I heard of that until tonight.

Terrible, avoid at all costs
The whole place was dirty and bug infested. We had a light completely missing in our room, our sink didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, only one of 3 elevators worked. Stairs reeked of urine, trash, and drug use. The side doors don’t close so random people would enter and sleep in the hallways and stair wells. I have stayed in motel 6 and super 8 ect. And this was by far my worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend any other place instead of this one.
