“I do not recommend staying here unless you’re just staying to be close to a job temporarily. Front desk was unapologetic about the TV we ended up with in our room that had two lines top to bottom on the screen with DEAD PIXELS. I informed them and not even an apology. I booked for TWO adults and they placed two standard towels, 2 wash cloths and a hand towel in the bathroom. I explained I need a towel for the floor and shower to prevent falls because the way my lupus is set up would make……

“This hotel advertises that gives breakfast but after you check in and asked what time the breakfast in the morning that’s when they tell you that they are not offering breakfast, plus the room was dirty and the trash can still having trashes from the others guess, also when you open the door of the room you can smell the mold. This place is horrible, I think that I need my money back!”

“The front desk staff is AMAZING, which is wht this is not a 1. We had 3 rooms for our stay. I fully understand the green initiative. That being said in a beach town to not have your room cleaned and new towels exchanged everyday is a horrible idea by Wyndham. You take 2-3 showers in each room and you have to run to the front desk. 1 of the 3 rooms TV did not work. The hotel was apparently out of shampoo and conditioner. So we got one use then had to use shower gel and bar soap. Then the worst……
