Happy was excellent, he was very helpful, excellent service. Hotel newly renovated so the hotel was great. They have great tours at the front desk, really enjoyed all my trips.

Had a fantastic stay, the staff were so lovely and welcoming, I had an issue with my booking originally the staff and management sorted the issue out immediately with ease. Will definitely be returning to stay again.
