"Most comfortable hotel room I’ve stayed in a long time. Location was perfect in terms of the River Walk. The only negatives were the slow elevator, the pool was cute, but nothing spectacular, & the parking is pricey unless you are ok walking across the street to utilize the parking garage. "

"The hotel is in an amazing location and is very old. Thats about all the good. Parking is a nightmare, 1/2 the front desk employees (including the supervisor) are not friendly or nice. There was litterally no hot water during my 3 night stay. The noise from ru ning/screaming kids was unbearable. I wont stay here again & wouldnt recommend to others."

"Room was small, but still really nice, clean and loved being on the 8th floor to look out to the river walk. It was so conveniently right downtown and literally walking distance of so much shopping, entertainment, museums, river walk, etc."

"Room was clean, hotel is nice. Staff could be alittle but more friendly, or at least smile. Parking in the garage is very limited. If you get there early enough, park and dont leave or you wont have a spot later on. "
