Heater/air conditioner unit extreme Noisy. Bed hard as a rock The only original part of the Inn is the lobby The tavern is not original So what point of staying their.. exteremly Disappointed」

「Room was okay, but overstuffed pillows made me feel like I was fighting them all night.They kept on pushing my neck forward, didn’t mold, and just didn’t stay put. Six pillows in my room-ALL the same thing. Hotel’s gotta have different sizes pillows available in each room. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations.」

However, a day before our arrival we have learned that Henry’s restaurant where we had a birthday dinner reservation was closed which was disappointing as it was meant to be part of the overall experience.
