Christian at the from desk is so professional, the breakfast lady is so sweet. When booking this time I saw all these negative reviews and knew it was just people being picky, but not one thing was wrong. The pool was a little cold but hey it’s surrounded by windows, it’s in the ground, and it’s winter. What do you expect. We will definitely booked this hotel again. "
