"Room and hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My 3 big boys had a blast at the water park and arcade. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be they couldn’t keep the breakfast stocked. But overall was a great weekend, we would stay there again! "
"The grab and go breakfeast had many options. Coffee was always available all day. Room was comfortable and although I was by the airport I did not get woken up by planes. Staff was professional and friendly. Guests were quiet."
"Hot tub was broken, which we weren’t informed of. No towels in pool area, and when we did request and get towels they were a glorified hand towel. Our room was dirty even after staff came back to clean after we complained. When you notice dirt, you presume everything is dirty."
"The hotel room was fine. We had our dog with us. I took her out at night in the dark and to do her chores. I could not get back in the building, the key card would not open the outside door we were told to use. I walked around to the front door. I reported it to the desk clerk, she simply said it must be a problem with that door. There was no apology or a care that it had happened. She gave me the impression that I should not have been concerned about it because there are other doors in the building. An I’m sorry that happened would have made a big difference in my opinion of the place. I will not stay there again."
"Our shower in our room could not stay on temperature control to be able to shower properly. Our room was facing the noisy parking lot and highway. Food was ok. Parking lot full due to a BMW sports car event all weekend. The only reason we stayed there was because EV charging was free."
