"Really nice hotel considering the price. Very friendly staff. Room was decent. Offered housekeeping everyday and provide requested items promptly. Plenty of parking spaces. Very drivable distance to the beach and some good restaurants on our list. Wish I was able to better enjoy the public spaces on the first floor! A few things tho: elevator seems very old and shakes and makes weird noises. Both hallway and room smells like metal or vinegar (sour). But not too bad and get used to it in 5 sec. Phone in our room wasnt working; was promised that someone will come fix it but never. It didnt bother us much tho. Also wish we r provided beach chairs and umbrellas. But we didnt really check if they have it or not"

"We had a fantastic stay at Shipwatch Palazzo in Miramar Beach and could not have been happier with Coastal Retreats Luxury Vacation Rentals. From the start, their communication was excellent. They sent helpful emails before our trip with everything we needed to know, and they even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. The house itself is beautiful and extremely well stocked with everything you could need. One of the best parts is that it’s directly on the beach with easy access just steps away from the beautiful white sand and water. The location is also perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, which made everything very convenient. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay with Coastal Retreats again. Highly recommend!"

"The spaces were just as pictured. Loved the view of the pool/ocean from both bedroom and living area. Pools were very nice and areas well maintained. Loved the beach chair and umbrella service, no need to get to the area early to get a spot. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!"
