The hotel was extremely poor - stained carpet squares, poor drainage in shower, no deadlock on door, door frames exposed, someone working downstairs outside our balcony until 10:30pm (grinding bricks), no smoking yet we could smell smoke from the lady smoking openly and continuously for hours. Outside the hotel was also in disrepair! There were renovations happening - too little loot late I believe! The pool was clean and did look inviting. Certainly not worth the money!!

There was piles of rotten rubbish right next to the exit door at the car park. The outside photos on the website are old- the outside is not maintained at all. Our room had dead silverfish in the bath and dead bugs on the floor. The bed was broken and dipped down on the top right hand side. The door chain was missing- which made us feel very unsafe with the domestic violence that carried on until 3am in the morning. There was no tea or coffee in the rooms or spare blankets. Very over priced for the state of the place and its surroundings. I wish I could rate this higher as the staff were lovely on check in.

Door didn't lock. Bed was broken, pool fence was broken. Very run down. Was woken early by house keeping. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff did the best they could. But place needs demolishing.

Great location, could be a good hotel, but it is so run down it's terrible. Badly in need of gutted renovations, bathroom tiles have been painted over many years ago and now peeling off making shower feel dirty, dead bugs in bathroom windows, doors don't lock properly, pool area is ok. Overall it's needs significant renovation.

Horrible bathroom. Hairs and bits of toilet paper on floor and in bath, no toilet paper holder at all, small pokey balcony and ac smelt very bad. We refused to stay here, and received a full refund. I think they are used to doing this. They are renovating, maybe should consider closing while doing so!

We didn’t use the pool. The reception staff was a bit rude and didn’t help with finding my room. We got to the room and no towels for the shower. The reception was closed at 5 on a Saturday, so we couldn’t ask them questions or get towels
