I walked in to see bugs crawling around on the floor. The couch was the most disgusting thing I have seen in all my time of travelling with work. The whole facility is so run down and dirty. I walked out after 5 minutes of being in the room and found another place to stay. Do yourself a favour and give this terrible place a miss.

Air conditioner did not work properly in 35 degree heat and the place smelt like weed. Dodgy people walking in and out at all hours of the night. Not a good place to take kids thats for sure.

Location was great. Nice pool, water views, easy walk over to shops and the boardwalk for restaurants. The hotel though? Room wasn’t vacuumed, there was rubbish under the bed, no fresh towels in the room, the bin wasn’t emptied and there was no door to the bathroom. At all. For the price, the location was fine. The room was below average.

Apparently this property has a two star rating. That’s two stars too many in my opinion! The property does not even remotely resemble the photos on Wotif. And it wasn’t actually that cheap! The rooms and entire building were poorly presented, beds were uncomfortable although the sheets were clean. The hot tap was stuck on, so it dripped all night and meant that showers were either scalding hot, or just not an option. We laughed it off but NEVER AGAIN!!

This motel was dirty, the grounds were covered in rubbish, it had mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was exposed cables hanging behind the bed. The railings of the stairs do not meet code! I feel it's unsafe and inhabitable and needs to be deep cleaned, re painted or maybe just demolish It. $300 for the 1 night and it was absolutely disgraceful.

Dont even think about staying here and dont let the name fool you. Its filthy, old, and uncomfortable. No hot water tap in the shower, no air conditioning remote, rusty fridge and the stair rails are so loose and dangerous. Room smells of stale smoke and buckets of urine in the car park. If I could give it no stars I would. Staff were great.

Air conditioner did not work, cooling function was definitely not working. Air con set on 17 felt like 25 deg. With a pregnant wife and a hot day, this was uncomfortable. After raising this with reception and maintenance - they assured me I was wrong and that the Air con was working fine. Ridiculous. Not handled well by management. Rooms are very old and ours wasn't cleaned sufficiently. Pool was clean and worth swimming in. Great location.

The upmost disgusting houso place you will ever stay at avoid at all costs!!! The place is used as a halfway house for homeless people. Witnessed people smoking ice on there balcony. Cockroaches everywhere! No staff insight when needed! The staff had a broken nose and told he couldn’t refund! Have since found out that he could of!! The staff is rude! Looks nothing like the photos very rundown and dirty place! No elevator so have to lugg bags up 3 flights of stairs! Just avoid you would feel safer sleeping under the bridge then at this place!! Read all the reviews of this place i with we had!
