As an added bonus, there`s a pond where guests can swim and cool off during warm days. However, it`s important to note that swimming in the pond is at your own risk, and for safety reasons, fishing in the pond is not allowed.

WEDDINGS Hold your wedding ceremony and reception here in the countryside, surrounded by gorgeous views and the people you love.
Our wedding fee will be added to your stay. It is
$1500 for weddings/events up to 50 people
$2,000 for weddings/events up to 75 people
$2,500 for weddings/events up to 100 people
$3,000 for weddings/events up to 150 people
The wedding fee would apply to any wedding, `micro` wedding, vow renewal ceremony, reception or post-elopement celebration.
-A 500.00 refundable security deposit will be required to be paid to Elite Experiences at the time of booking
-At least 2 porta pots are required.
- Event insurance with Elite Experiences and the property Owner listed is required.
-A reservation contract is required to be signed directly with Elite Experiences.

EVENTS
All events must be approved prior to your stay. A $500 event fee will apply for gatherings with unregistered guests in attendance.

Please note:
1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 per day fee will be assessed
2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.
3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.
4) No Hunting on the property
5) No fireworks on the property
6) Please stay out of the wooded areas, anything on the grass is fine.
7) There is a strict NO PARTY policy. Parties or unauthorized gatherings will result in eviction without a refund.
8) Pets must be authorized and a $250 pet fee will apply per pet
9) Alcohol is not allowed.
10) Do NOT move the pool table, Its been professionally installed, and moving it can result in damage and a fee.
11) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If you have more than 16 guests, over the age of 2, an extra guest fee of $20 per person per night plus service fee and taxes will apply.
12) All daytime visitors must be registered and included in the guest count
13) No visitors are allowed without permission; including visitors pets.
14) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, there is a minimum $35 shipping fee.
15) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. Slips and slides are allowed, but you can`t use soap. After using the slip and slide, it should be removed and not left in one spot on the grass for more than 8 hours.

-Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $250 per stay. Please contact us if you intend to bring a pet.
-No Smoking or vaping inside
-No events or parties without permission. If you have an event or party without permission or if you have more guests than what you have registered a fee will be added at the discretion of the owners.
-Quiet hours for the property are between 11 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
