"Stayed in room 102 just for a night, while the property is renovated and well maintained the AC in the room was so loud that we could not sleep. Also the walls seem to be so thin we could hear movements which also disturbed our sleep."

"I had to cancel my stay at The Meritage Resort and Spa due to an unexpected medical situation involving my wife. I contacted Expedia support on the day of check-in and was informed that my case could be reviewed if I provided documentation. After submitting the requested note, the reservation was ultimately marked as a no-show and no refund was approved because the cancellation window had passed. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but the process was frustrating and gave me the impression there might be flexibility for medical circumstances when there ultimately was not. Future guests should carefully review the cancellation terms and not assume exceptions will be made, even in emergency situations."

"The property is beyond beautiful! Our room in the Parker mansion was very modern and large with great amenities. Easy parking and all buildings are surrounded by beautiful gardens. The pool is very private with nice cabanas. Breakfast as well as other meal items were exceptional and served in the library or outside deck. Like being in Europe. Outstanding staff."

"This hotel hit all the marks. Clean , convenient to Napa and Sonoma. Easy fwy access. Shopping and wineries. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and quick with any requests we had. The food was good for breakfast and dinner. The beds were really really comfortable. Will stay again for sure. "

"The room was exactly as advertised. Do keep in mind this is a private property stay and not a hotel/motel hospitality. If you need housekeeping services, it’s an extra fee. Parking is included, in front of the property, just a few short steps away. Furniture is comfortable and in good condition. All appliances and utilities worked perfectly. We had a great stay!"
