My stay at the resort was excellent overall. However, I had one very bad experience at the reception with one of the nighttime shift managers, named Mr. Ali. He was being very impolite, unpleasant, rude, and not at all customer service-oriented.
His actions amply demonstrated that he had no prior experience interacting with hotel visitors. I have been on this property in the past and had no problems at all, but regrettably, due to the actions of one employee, I must rate the staff this time at 1. To be honest, I would have pursued legal action if it had happened to me in the United Kingdom. I would want to ask the upper management of the hotel if they may train their managers to at least have some consideration for the hotel's guests.

It’s excellent designed hotel and property’s. The staffs and management seemed overstaffed, undertrained, very slow services in all type of services ( checking in and anything with front desk, guest service, housekeeping, valet parking, elevators, ..etc) even though they were polite, friendly, smiling and trying to help. It’s overpriced to the current services level. Restaurants, pool, gym, and lounges were good.
It is the first month for this hotel and hope to see changes and improvements in the future.

This hotel is very unique and quirky and I loved all the different spaces you could go to and chill out. The room decor is fantastic too although the air con was very high and even after switching it off, it was still cold so I had to call someone to adjust the air vents.
My only criticism is that the music from the courtyard can be very loud and can be heard in the bedroom all day long. If you could be lowered during the day, that would be better for people working or resting after a big night out!

This new hotel is fantastic for anyone who is transiting in Dubai and enjoys exercise as a way to recover from long haul flights. The hotel is new, well appointed and has excel lent gym, yoga and pilates spaces.
