- nice park with a lot of great activities - super nice location close to the beach - unfortunately both bathrooms have a problem with the shower so water runs out of the shower- fridge is so old that all the vegetables freeze - dishwasher is so old and dirty that the dishes don’t get clean - apart from the above mentioned issues everything was fine

Zijn direct weer vertrokken van t park na t zien van bungalow Zo zielloos en troosteloos. Zowel park als bungalowAlbatros. Leek niet schoongemaakt en zo deprimerend dat we t verlies van kosten voor lief hebben genomen. Eens maar nooit meer Roompot Kijkduin. Via Belvilla geboekt. Deze was voor ons uitstekend in afhandeling van klacht.

Wir waren im Roompot Vakantiepark Kijkduin und sind leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Lage ist eigentlich das einzig Positive – direkt am Meer und nicht weit von Den Haag entfernt. Die Unterkunft war in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Bereits nach fünf Minuten barfuß laufen waren unsere Füße komplett schwarz. Auch Socken konnte man danach eigentlich nur noch wegwerfen, sie wurden nicht mehr sauber. Selbst nach erneutem Wischen blieb der Boden schmutzig, offenbar wurde hier schon länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Geschirr war teilweise dreckig und unvollständig, z. B. fehlten Kaffeelöffel. Der Backofen hat stark gestunken. Im Mülleimer befand sich noch der Abfall der Vorgänger. Auch die Freizeitangebote konnten nicht überzeugen. Das Schwimmbad ist extrem klein und ebenfalls nicht besonders sauber. Im Indoor-Spielplatz war der Geruch so unangenehm, dass man es keine fünf Minuten dort aushalten konnte. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, erwarte ich deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und einen besseren Standard. Leider absolut keine Empfehlung.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen ,einem 4-jährigen Enkelkind und einem Hund dort. Die Organisation war super und die Unterkunft insgesamt in Ordnung. Trotz vieler Hunde auf dem Platz war es sehr ruhig. Der kleine Laden hatte alles Wichtige. Ein paar Punkte waren aber enttäuschend: In der Beschreibung standen zwei Toiletten, tatsächlich gab es nur eine. Im großen Schlafzimmer ( mit 3 Betten) ließ sich das große Fenster nicht öffnen. Es wurden nur Videos gezeigt, richtige Animateure gab es nicht oder kaum z.B. für Gymnastik. Das Hallenbad wirkte etwas düster, und es gab keinen separaten Bereich für Schwimmer, sodass Kinder und Erwachsene ständig in den Bahnen unterwegs waren. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber es gibt ein paar Dinge, die man verbessern könnte.

Het huis was groot genoeg voor ons gezelschap van 6 volwassenen, een peuter en een hond. Het park was ook prettig. Maar de boeking van een Belvillahuis op een Roompotpark was administratief vrij ondoorzichtig. Wellicht daardoor waren de bestelde lakenpakketten niet geleverd. Die moesten wij uiteindelijk zelf ophalen omdat de toegezegde nalevering niet gebeurde. Het huis kon op de begane grond niet goed geventileerd worden, en ontbrekende deksels van met name de grotere pannen maakten het koken vrij uitdagend.

Der park ist schön angelegt mit viel Schatten und alles ordentlich. Die Lage ist top. Aber das jede kleinigkeit extra berechnet wird, ist unverschämt. Sogar der tennisplatz kostet für eine stunde 25 euro. Die Tischtennisplatten sind ganz abgenudelt. Keine gocarts wie bei der buchung angegeben. Keine Liegestühle wie auf den oline Bildern angegeben. Das bad oben lief in der Dusche nicht ab, der boden blieb immer nass und fing an zu müffeln. Wir hatten zum aufwischen nach Handtüchern gefragt, aber selbst dafür wollten sie abkassieren. Es gab keine Bodenwischer. Das Schwimmbad war nur von 10 bis 17 Uhr geöffnet. Andere plätze schliessen um 20 Uhr. Die Animation auf dem Platz ist total mau, vieles wird nur digital angeboten. Das Personal glänzt mit Unkenntnis. Für das Geld hätte ich in Summe mehr erwartet.

Holland jederzeit wieder, Roompot evtl.

Das Land ist super, die Anlage in der Natur ebenfalls. Wir waren allerdings vom Haus, seiner Ausstattung und vor allem von der Sauberkeit und Pflege sehr enttäuscht. Für so einen hohen Preis hätten wir hier mehr Sorgfalt erwartet. Schade, das Konzept ist insgesamt sehr gut, nur die Umsetzung vor Ort ist leider weniger begeisternd. Aber diese Manko haben viele Ferienanlagen. Schade eigentlich. Die Treppe im Haus ist sehr steil, nix für kleine Kinder und alte Leute. Beschreibung des Kücheninventars passte vor Ort nicht. Silberfische waren da, wie Ameisen. Betten durchgelegen. TV hatte nur 3 deutsche Sender. Das Haus für 6 Personen gemietet, ist aber nicht wirklich darauf ausgelegt. Es war aufgrund des tollen Landes und vieler Besichtigungen ein toller Urlaub. Hätten wir mehr Zeit im Haus verbringen müssen, wäre es etwas ärgerlich gewesen. Land jederzeit wieder. Roompot an sich evtl. auch, aber das aktuelle Ferienhaus im Preis-Leistungsverhältniss passt so nicht.

Nie wieder über Bellvilla Buchen!

Durch einen Fehler seitens Bellvilla konnte unser Hund nicht mit. Eine Woche lang haben wir versucht eine Lösung zu finden jedoch stellte sich Bellvilla quer und stand für ihreb Fehler nicht ein. Hier buchen wir nicht mehr.

Es war schwierig, das Haus zu heizen, Ganze 24 Stunden benötigte der Kessel, um 20 Grad zu erzeugen. zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus wirkt das Haus etwas „verblasst“. Der Ofen war locker und der Deckel des Eisfachs im Kühlschrank fiel ab aus. Darüber hinaus ist das Haus sehr kalt und möbliert (etwas künstliches Grün wäre da nicht fehl am Platz). Was uns auch auffiel ist, dass wir die Endreinigung im Voraus bezahlen mussten, bei der Abreise aber trotzdem staubsaugen mussten!
