"The Restoration hotel is one the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast delivered each day to our room was delicious and the overall ambiance was wonderful! Highly recommend!!! "

"The good .The manager on duty was fabulous. The bad. The parking was so horrible and the parking passes wouldn’t work most of the time. The bed was dirty - which they did come and change the lines out. There is no refrigerator or microwave. The room is TINY. The access to everything is impossible because of the need for the room key and it is way more frustrating than you can imagine. We willl not stay here again. "

"The staff went out of their way in so many ways; changing rooms so as to be away from traffic, serving wonderful individually-prepared breakfasts (which were excellent), helping with directions and finding and returning a lost item and arranging for it to be returned to us by mail. We really like this place and recommend it 100%."

"We were looking forward to the jet tub in our suite. It had grime and dirt all over the jets. It was gross. Asked housekeeping to clean it twice, it was still dirty. No filtered water system. Only a water fountain the gym. If you want water bottles they charge you. Room itself was nice but not the cleanest. Housekeeping didn’t sweep, Make bed, or tidy the couch. "

"The hot tub had caution tape around it, the pool water looked muggy, the shower handle was loose and the area in general was sketchy"
