The rooms are dated, a bit dusty and the shower in my room had no hot water. Disappointed for the price.」
「On arrival the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The apartment was well maintained and offered plenty of facilities if we had stayed more than the one night. We chose to eat in town at lunchtime, whilst visiting the shopping centre. Plenty of shopping options if you want.
Went to Hearsons Cove , 25 minute drive north of town for a picnic and watch the sunset. Wish I'd taken a towel.
Would stay here again.」
「Given the location, most of the clients of the hotel seem to be people in the mining industry, so the hotel doesn't have a "tourist" vibe. The town itself doesn't offer much more than for an overnight stop, although there is an interesting tour into a major iron mine on some days of the week. The breakfast was quite ample (have to keep miners well fed) and even included omelet on order.」
