“The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

“I loved the whole experience; the host, Tracy, was so nice. I had a barbecue and enjoyed it with the little lights and the cozy private spaces you have. The cabin itself had everything you want or need to have a pleasant stay. I will come back one day because this was just a wonderful time.”

“Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.”

“A whole one bedroom apartment for a great price! A full kitchen, blocks away from the beach, great communication with host. Had no issues everything was great! Definitely recommend.”
