"I appreciated the laundry in my room. It came with plates and a full kitchen. The staff was helpful enough in regards to requests. Property is huge and requires much walking to get from one part to the other. If the shuttle is running, it isn't too bad, but we did not see a lot of them on certain days and hours. All the pools were open, but none of the water parks were, which was disappointing. I would skip the high pressure sales pitch to buy/tour the timeshares unless you're interested or your ability to say "No" is strong."

"Only part we didn’t like was that the pics for our room showed a head on oceanfront view from the balcony and ours was a partial view, half resort view/next door building and half ocean view… but the room did say ocean view and not oceanfront but I feel like the photos should be more accurate for the rooms. Another thing we noticed is that housekeeping was supposed to be provided every other day, and we stayed 3 nights but didn’t receive service at all: no fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, or even extra toilet paper. Luckily our stay was short, otherwise we would’ve had to go to the front desk to request those items. Everything else was great tho, we loved the amenities and the resort attractions."

"Staff was great but theme music aroud the pool does not fit with the fifties theming. They used to play fifties music in the first year it opened and it was great. This time I went to enjoy breakfast outdoors and had to listen to a pop song about snorting cocain. Yea not very Cabana like."

"We stayed here because it was selected by the person organizing our trip. Overall, I found it overpriced for what was offered. At check-in, we received a small pretzel and popcorn, but beyond that, there weren’t many amenities that justified the cost. It also felt like there were extra fees for everything. We were told there would be a $200 incidental hold, but the front desk initially attempted to charge $300. Thankfully, my daughter noticed, and it was corrected. There is a small water park on the property, but it’s nothing particularly impressive. Considering how much guests pay to stay here, I was surprised that parking is not included. We chose not to bring a car and relied on the hotel shuttle, which runs on a limited schedule. Getting to Magic Kingdom was inconvenient—we had to take a bus to EPCOT, then a train, followed by a ferry. On the return, we were told we could skip the ferry, but ended up at the wrong bus depot and missed the last shuttle. Since the park closed at 11 PM, it would have been helpful if transportation ran later. We ultimately had to take an Uber back. Overall, the hotel itself was decent, but for the price point, it doesn’t offer enough value. I would not return or recommend it."
