"I called and went to the lobby to say that there was no conditioner or toilet paper, but no one brought it to me. I knew there was no parking fee when I made the reservation, but I was charged $15 per day."

"Basically, I have never given any bad reviews to any hotel. I seriously suspect that the score of this hotel is fake. First, the room was not cleaned on the day of registration and I had to wait for half an hour. Then, when I came back at 8 o'clock that night, I couldn't enter the room because the room door was not charged and I had to wait for more than half an hour. The room smelled and the washing machine could not be used. I will never choose this hotel again."
