「The staff were efficient and friendly. My room was nice and clean, although it wasn't fancy and in need of a face lift, like myself. It was very comfortable and quiet on the top floor so slept like a baby. My 2nd visit at the Madison Plaza and i would stay there again when visiting my son as it's in a perfect location to get around with the 50 cent bus fares, also priced well if you're just looking for somewhere clean to place your head down at night.」

「The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. We were even picked up from the ferry terminal when public buses were not running due to flooding. Dinner in the upstairs dining area was a great opportunity to meet fellow guests/travellers」
