Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, decor was nice and used the golf cart a couple of times. Was able to extend our stay. Would definitely stay again or recommend to family and friends.

Convenient Access

Easy access to Spanish springs and Sumpter landing. Great to have the golf cart to zip to the many pools, golf and other amenities around the community.

Great value

A large property with a nice kitchen and big island. The dog friendly house was perfect for our stay. The extra bump out for the dining table in the sun room was a nice place to eat. Overall you can’t beat the price!

House was exactly as in the pictures. Mrs. Barbara was great with communication and when I messaged her letting her know that keurig was not working when we got there she came straight over and brought brand new one along with the guest passes for the villages facilities. We were in town for the birth of my 4th grandchild and they had no problem with the other children visiting and had plenty of room. I had a great stay would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for the hospitality Mrs. Barbara.

This home was great as was the location. The hosts were extremely communicative. I visited with my three grandchildren and 2 dogs. Everything was great. We could not have asked for anything more except less rain!

We stayed here for a family wedding in Oxford. The location was a straight shot which was key for us. It's a cute little house with a nice layout. It could use a little cosmetic updating and the sofa bed definitely needs to be replaced. But overall has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also really nice to have the screened in dining area for morning coffee.
