"Friendly staff, clean room!"

"Elevator was out of service. I was not advised until after transaction. I was placed on 5th floor room 504. I had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs every time I left and came back to room. I had several bags of luggage that I had to take up and down 5flights suitcases and all. I paid over $1200 for room for 3 nights. The hotel only agreed to give $68.81 credit. The elevator was known to be out of service weeks before, but it was never mentioned when I called prior to flying into south beach Miami. DO NOT STAY THERE ALSO IT HAD DIRTY SHEETS AND HAIRS ALL ON GLOOR AND BATHROOM SHOWER. Staff did not care. $68.81 is unacceptable because the elevator is apart of the property which you are charged to stay."

"We stayed here 2 nights before our cruise. Great location, the hallways are a bit outdated but the rooms are a different world - all updated. Our room was great, nice and clean. Another couple we travelled with had issues with their AC but the staff gave them another room. Ours worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working while we were there but we survived! There’s multiple different buildings with rooms which I didn’t know when we booked, we went around to a few looking for the lobby lol. The lobby is in the first building you see! Happy hour was great and so was the pool, we chilled there when we weren’t out around south beach. "

"Clean room but late room service. Most staff are friendly and accommodating. Very central location was great lots to choose from from restaurants, etc. pools are clean roof do pool good music and two restaurants. Amazing food drinks very high priced especially pop at seven dollars a glass no refills."
