Magnificent and magic place based on a 270 degrees view of the sea from all parts of the villa. It has 3 bedrooms capable of sleeping up to 6-7 people. 2 of the bedrooms are directly on the pool with their private bathroom. The third is situated upstairs with an even more impressive view.
The main bedroom has air conditioning and is right on the swimming pool which is around 11 metres long by 5 meters wide in a 'kidney shape' in mosaic with a depth over 2.5 meters. This same pool overlooks the sea/
The villa was built to enable a combination of various places to eat and spend time depending on the wind conditions as well as the sun expostion.
The garden is totally closed from the outside by 2 gates with a phone opening from inside.
Multiple activities are possible with the beach close by as well as the Esterel hills behind the house.

Whether you want to try bocce ball, sailing, gymnastic, water skiing, swimming, diving, tennis, and kayacking, you will find all those activities in Theoule.
Also, if you are interested in hicking, the surrounding hills of Esterel will provide you with marked path for a 2 hr walk to a full day trek!

The nude beach is around 15 mn from the villa towards St Raphael. The 2 beaches closest to the villa are both public and private beaches.
