「Our AC didn’t work and the staff knew that and put is in the room. When we asked for help to turn on the AC we were told there’s an issue with the AC in our room and they can’t do anything about it that night. It would’ve been nice to be put in a room that had AC」

「the gym was the dirtiest, messiest gym i’ve ever seen. there were no sanitary wipes or products to clean the equipment. the mats were visibly dirty and thrown about. some of the weights had visible stains on them. the floor was dirty so i used my own sweatshirt as a mat. there were used plastic cups all over. also i would not call it a fully outfitted fitness center—there are a few cardio machines, an incomplete/sparse set of free weights, and one single bench. there were barbells with plates,...
