The food option was terrible didn't have much, muffins were hard, you could use them as a hokey puck, no hot tea bags, not much cereal, waffles didn't taste good, beds were uncomfortable, floors were dirty, not enough towels for 3 people, ice machine didn't work, pool was not available, the desk clerk was not friendly.

Last minute reservation at this hotel,...was satisfactory,..great price,...clean, comfortable, and good breakfast. The exterior could use a little TLC...

The staff were helpful, the room we ended up with after an initial change due to a defrosted refrigerator that had made a mess, was fine. Tho newer flooring the overall look and feel was that the property was run down.

Thief River Falls stay

Supposedly the hotel was double booked by expedia so we did not receive the two double rooms that we requested, but one room with a king and one with a queen. The staff was very accomodating, and the room with the king seemed to have been recently renovated, but the single room needed updating. Overall the building cosmetically looked as if it needed updating. The pool was nice and only 4ft deep max so great for the kids.

Walls are very thin can hear everything. Room keys didn't want to work so had to keep getting them redone. Floor felt sticky and left your socks dirty. Someone was burning incense and made the hall stink. Service was good/helpful

Ugh..

Hardwood floors are a nice touch, but the bed had a handful of hairs under the covers (of various colors), the night-stand was sticky in several places, and the jacuzzi had a drain plug that was basically stuck.. you had to pry it open with your key-card & then prop something in there to let it drain. Pretty ridiculous -- vending was broken too.. not a great stay~

Old property and not kept clean or repaired. Dark hairs all over the room. Bathroom fan was so creaky we couldn’t use it. The toilet seat was loose to the point where the buts were about to fall off. The window was open and I had to remove the screen to pull it closed as we were on the first floor and the area wasn’t very nice. Bed sheets and the comforter had stains. Dust balls and crud in every corner. We’ve stayed in worse places but they were overseas
