Gudauri is charming ski-resort in Georgia, on the North to Tbilisi. Beautiful Kaukazian mountains is really great place for skiing and snowboarding. The jewel of the resort is Sadzeli (3800 m). When you lift to the top you will see everything around you. Often clouds can get lower and you will start your skiing above the clouds. The feeling is really great. The Georgian Military Highway crosses the Greater Caucasus Mountains at Jvari Pass (2,379m), near the ski resort of Gudauri. Located only a few hours north of Tbilisi, a road trip here can be done in a day, but more time should be given so that some of the side valleys and mountains in this region can be explored on foot or by car. #lifeatexpedia #roadtrip #mountains #georgia
