“A delightful place to stay, Hosts helpful and very professional.As a very long term user of Stayz, my only 'gripe' to date, was this time - the administration / communication style of the internet based groups attatched to this listing... turned out to be an excessive number of Emails, resulting in a total lack of any resolution to a simple request!We found dealing with Holiday Rental Specialists, Bowral, was simplistic, streamlined and always professional.”

“My second stay at Tucked Away Cottage, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The perfect spot for a Writing Retreat, or Reading by the fireplace. So amazing. Bowral is one of my favourite places to go for a break, and this cottage is the best place in Bowral to stay. Debbie and Mike are lovely hosts, thank you two again! Cannot recommend this stay enough.”

“Lovely quiet, clean property with everything we needed”

“We had 9 staying at Lavender Cottage and the bedding and beds were wonderful. The layout of the cottage was good, with dining room and lounge large enough for all, with comfortable seating etc. Surrounding was beautiful, and felt very countryside while still only 10-15 mins out of Mittagong. Great 4pm leaving on Sundays. On the downside, property needs considerable maintenance on appliances, heating etc, and outdoor cleaning on BBQ and furniture. We advised Property Management who have said they……

“The property is an 1870's two-bedroom house centrally located in Mittagong. It has been beautifully restored such that it has retained it's original character, but been enhanced by the inclusion of modern appliances, etc. It is very cosy, clean and relaxing. Rod was particularly helpful.”

“Gorgeous place with lovely outside area the owners go all out with very thoughtfull supplies and quality bathroom products. The place is small with one of the bedrooms doubling as the lounge room but very comfy. Lovely firepit would definitely stay again .”

“Loved the ambience of the cottage. It had character and was a very easy place to stay. Plenty of heating and extra items available to make it a truly comfortable experience. Hope to be able to stay there again in the not too distant future. My small dog enjoyed the holiday as well.”
