「We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed.」

「The pool was closed for the entire weekend, and this was not disclosed on the hotel’s website before we made our reservation. Several guests with children were understandably disappointed, as the pool was the main reason they chose to stay at this hotel. Based on its appearance, the pool looked like it had been closed for quite some time, as the water was very dirty.
