Escape to our beautiful and private property, located just 15 minutes from Franklin and Leiper Fork, and only 30 minutes from the lively city of Nashville. Set on a spacious 10-acre estate, this luxurious retreat offers 4 beautifully renovated bedrooms and 6 bathrooms across both the main house and a separate guest house. This setup ensures you have plenty of privacy and space to relax. There is enough space for 10 people to sleep comfortably but extra luxury inflatable are available in the house upon request (2 queens and 2 singles for a total of additional 6 people) for additional price of the cleaning $200.

When you enter the main house, you'll be welcomed by an elegant formal living room, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The property is filled with fantastic amenities designed to make you feel right at home and encourage you to stay in and enjoy your surroundings. Treat yourself to some relaxation in the spa, which includes a soothing sauna and a cold plunge tub—ideal for recharging after a long day.

For cozy movie nights, gather in the private theater, where you can watch your favorite films with family and friends in comfort. The fun doesn’t stop there; there’s also a game room with a billiard table, a ping pong table, and darts, providing entertainment for all ages. The host was on top of all of our need's. They were in constant contact with us and available at anytime. House is big with lots of fun activities to do in the play room. Girls really enjoyed the theater room.
