As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to the Waterville Estates Community Center just down the road, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, saunas, a game room, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball. The base of Campton Mountain Ski Area is also less than a third of a mile away—ideal for quick winter outings.
After a day of exploring, return home to drop your gear in the mudroom and relax in the sunlit living room, where a wall of windows frames the scenic valley views. In warmer months, step out onto the private deck for morning coffee or evening meals surrounded by fresh mountain air. The condo is thoughtfully equipped with a full kitchen, a cozy living area with a smart TV for movie nights, and a washer/dryer—perfect for refreshing your ski gear overnight. Sleeping arrangements include two upstairs bedrooms, a loft space, and a sofabed in the living room (please note the living area is limited when the sofabed is in use).

Located near the Pemigewasset River and at the edge of the White Mountains, you’re minutes from iconic destinations like Franconia Notch State Park and scenic hikes such as Peaked Hill Pond Trail. Hit the slopes or explore year-round activities at Loon Mountain Resort, Waterville Valley Resort, and Cannon Mountain. Golfers will love nearby courses like Jack O'Lantern Golf Course and Owl's Nest Resort, which also offer pickleball and tennis.
For family fun, don’t miss local favorites like Clark's Bears, Whale's Tale Waterpark, Hobo Hills Adventure Golf, and the Hobo Railroad. Looking for more adventure?
