“Room was clean and modern. It had everything you needed. Although level one was a little dark. What made our visit was the helpful staff on entry. A lovely woman who went out of her way to explain everything to us very welcoming thank you.”

“We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy.
The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12……
